I'm Rika (24), arriving in Vancouver in late July to kick off my MBA at UBC. I'm currently searching for a furnished room/ great roommate(s) to team up with on a lease, starting around August 1st for the full academic year. Ideally, I'm hoping to find a place with an easy bus/bike hop to campus!

When I'm not hitting the books, you'll probably find me out exploring the city – perhaps digging for vinyls, catching a gig, or discovering new cafes. At home, cooking is something I've really gotten into recently, along with beta-testing new cocktails, sketching, or journaling.

Housekeeping-wise: Rent and bills are always handled on time, common areas stay tidy, and quiet hours from roughly 11 p.m. onward are ideal
I'm seeking a flatmate who's friendly, values their independence, and is easy to communicate with. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone open-minded and respectful of diverse lifestyles and identities. I'm open to the occasional coffee walk, gig, or brunch, but also perfectly happy doing our own thing.
