Happy optimistic roommate living her dreams seeks the same to share a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with new dishwasher and microwave and newer stove and refrigerator. If you happen to get cold easily, this house is warm in the winter for my native Florida blood. Two washers and two dryers in the basement serve the three units in the building. I never have to wait and clothes always come out clean and in good shape. Our neighbors are hardworking people who enjoy their privacy. The landlord is responsive and there is really nothing to call for as the building is well maintained. On the 22 and 44 bus lines that run frequently. 8 minute ride to the Orange line and street parking. I don't care if you drink with common sense and hope you don't care that I don't drink. Per the landlord, this house is smoke free, drug free and NOT 420 friendly. They will terminate the lease immediately. Home is pet free but we welcome visiting nieces, nephews, and grandchildren for short stays!
