Hello! I am a recent graduate (27) looking for a third roommate (any gender) to move on or after September 1st. The second roommate is male, 22, and a recent grad who is moving out from Ohio. He works in finance and is very friendly and easy to get along with.

We are already signed on to a 2nd floor apartment on McGrath Highway, located near the E line and D line, 10 minutes from Union Square. If this location sounds good to you, please feel free to reach out!

The room size is about 7' by 10' with a good sized kitchen, back porch and shared living room area. Monthly rent is about $1,100 per person, including renter's insurance. Heating/gas/internet are not included. Laundry is located in the basement. We'd be open to small pets, but there is an additional monthly fee. Access to parking spot can be negotiated with management company.

I am friendly and do not mind guests. Additionally, I like to cook and I prefer to keep common spaces clean. Hanging out together or keeping to ourselves are both acceptable to me, but I like to be on good terms and be able to communicate should an issues arise. If you are a generally tidy, considerate person, we will get along well.

My hobbies are typically indoors, and include reading, playing video games, drawing, and gathering with my friends to play boardgames and D&D. If we could be friends and share dinner together, that is my ideal living situation, but I will adjust to the level of familiarity my roommates feel comfortable with.
