Hi! I'm a recent college grad moving from Atlanta to San Francisco, seeking an apartment in an area relatively close to the Financial District, where I'll be working in consulting.
A little bit about what I'm like to live with: I'm a definitional ambivert - meaning I'm friendly and down to hang out with a potential roommate, but also very respectful of privacy and strongly value chill recharging time. I'm not a big "party" person but like chill gatherings occasionally. 420 friendly (not in the apartment as I have asthma) and LGBT+ friendly! Above all I value cleanliness, communication, and kindness.
I'll be working pretty long and early hours Mondays through Fridays, and may be out of town for a few days during the week depending on the case I'm working on. My job is hybrid, and I may work from home occasionally. In my free time, I'm excited to explore the city (a bit of a material gorl, love bookstores and restaurants especially), create art / writing, or catch up on TV shows.
A little bit about the type of apartment I'd like: My non-negotiable is being able to have my own bedroom and bathroom space, and having access to a stove / oven. Beyond that, some negotiables I'd like are an in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
A little bit about my ideal roommate: Honestly, I'd love another ambivert/introvert or creative soul in my space! My highest values are cleanliness, open communication, and kindness/respect, especially for one another's belongings. I'm pet friendly when it comes to cats!
| My maximum monthly budget | 2,800 |
| Move in Date | Oct 2025 |
| Lease Duration | 1 Year |
| Age | 23 |
| Occupation | Business Analyst At Mc Kinsey |
| Pets | Pet Friendly |
| Hometown | Atlanta, Ga, Usa |
| Education | B.A. In American Studies From Stanford University |
| Relationship Status | Single |
We think Jasmine would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
