Looking for a roommate in San Francisco, Peninsula - San Francisco

Rebecca B - $2,600/month

About Me

Hi! I’m an incoming graduate student at USF getting my Masters in Teaching Reading, and I’m looking for a private bedroom and private bathroom, or an entire studio apartment or in-law suite.

I’m a pretty quiet, chill person and mostly plan to hang out in my room studying or watching Taylor Swift tiktoks haha. My favorite things to do are reading, finding new crafts to obsessive over, and traveling (I spent a month in Europe last summer and it was glorious). I have a BFA, one tattoo, and a real zest for naps. I’m moving to SF from metro Atlanta, and I already have a few friends that live in the bay area so while I’m totally open to becoming friends with a roommate, I’m also totally cool with us just peacefully coexisting in the shared space! :) My classes will mostly be in the afternoon so if you work a traditional 9-5 you’ll have the apartment to yourself most afternoons/early evenings.

I do have two registered ESAs (indoor only cats, very well behaved) so you would have to be okay with them in the apartment and be conscientious about not leaving exterior doors/windows open. I prefer my home be a calm, quiet space and I’m not comfortable with extended overnight guests or partying at the apartment, just to give you an idea of my vibes! I would love to share an apartment with someone else who likes to have a positive, clean, calm home!

My maximum monthly budget 2,600
Move in Date Aug 2025
