Room for rent - July 1

My roommate is moving out of the country at the end of our lease so I am looking to find someone to renew this lease with, application is due June 1 to the building so before then. July 1st is the move in date.

It’s a great location, on the water and directly next to Brookfield place. It’s perfect if you work in Fidi! There’s a doorman, a 4th floor terrace, a gym in the apartment complex ($50/mo) as well as a swimming pool ($20/use). Laundry is in the building.

The living area will come furnished as seen in the pictures. My roommate may be willing to sell his furniture if you are interested, we can discuss this later as we have plenty of time. You will have your own closet outside of your bedroom (pic attached)

I’d prefer someone between the ages of 23-33 (I am 26F) male or female, lgbtq+, I don’t care what you identify as.

Really just looking for someone who’s clean and chill. I occasionally have overnight guests over (mid week or weekend) so I don’t care if you do the same.

You must be able to show proof of income of at least 80K, guarantors are NOT accepted.

Utilities are about $60/mo and WiFi is $52 (we will split these)

There is an application fee to the building, I believe it was $150.
