I'm looking for someone to move into the spare bedroom in my bright and spacious Stuytown Apartment. I live right by the heart of East Village and 5 minutes from the 1st Ave L stop. The apartment has a 7th-floor park view, in-building laundry and free handyman services. It's clean, recently renovated, and spacious for two people. We have a nice living room space, cute kitchen with lots of sunlight, two bedrooms, and one bath. The apartment gets lots of natural light!
The available bedroom is large (14 ft x 12.8 ft), and has two closets, an AC unit, and beautiful view.
I'd love to find a female roommate who is relatively clean, friendly and excited to live in East Village!

Hi everyone! I'm a 28 year old girl looking for a new roommate to move into the large bedroom in my Stuytown apartment. The room includes 2 closets, an AC unit and a park view! The apartment is full of natural light, spacious and clean. It's quiet (faces into Stuytown, overlooking a community garden and pickle ball court), but right next to the fun of East Village! Five minute walk from the 1st Avenue L stop (and Trader Joe's!).
