Hi Potential Future Roommate,

I'm prepping to make the jump to LA from the Bay Area after graduating in June. Given my college track record, I'd say I'm a pretty solid roommate. I like to keep things clean and tidy, I welcome having people over for drinks or for a movie marathon, and I always use headphones! As I'll be new to the area, I'd really love to be friends with my roommate; I find this makes communication easier and life a little more fun. I'll be working a 9-5 job, so I will need "quiet time" probably around 10pm on weekdays. On the weekends, I hope to explore the LA nightlife; you'd be very welcome to come with - then we can split the uber fare for the ride home!
