Hi all,
We're two professional females in our late 20s looking for a 3rd person to add to our lease, for a 3bd 2bh apartment in Downtown Brooklyn / Fort Greene area. We're open to males and females between 25 to 35 years old but no pets.
The apartment:
True 3bd on the 16th floor with good views and lots of light. Has a spacious island kitchen and in-unit laundry. Your room would be the master bedroom with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet!
The building:
Luxury building with amenities. It has a terrace with amazing views and barbeque grills, rooftop gym, multiple indoor lounges including one on the 58th floor with Skyline views, mail room, dog park, bike storage and coffee shop.
Location:
Super well-connected with almost all subway lines within a block radius! Just one stop to Manhattan. Lots of shops including Macys, Target, Trader Joe's as well as Fort Greene Park within minutes of walking.
About Us:
We are both architects, friendly, clean and easy going. We get along well and only recently met via a roommates app so don't worry you won't feel like the odd one out! We are excited to do up the apartment and explore the neighborhood together. We are looking to make friends and hope you are too! We like exploring restaurants, cooking and hosting people over occasionally and don't mind if you do either.
About you:
Looking for someone who is clean, organized and does leave clutter in the common areas. Working professionals preferred. Someone who likes meeting new people, interacting with roommates and is looking to create a homely vibe!
