Roommate is moving into a new house with his girlfriend and we are looking for someone to take on his portion of the lease until August 1st 2021, with the option of renewing for another year, if desirable, at that time. House is a 3 story, 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse on 13th and south. Within walking distance to everything Philly has to offer. We turned the 3rd bedroom into an office after COVID moved us to working from home with plenty of space. There is driveway parking in back of the house included with rent that would otherwise cost about $300 in our neighborhood. I have lived in this house for a year and a half and have loved it. Landlord is about as cool and responsive as they get and we have had no issues getting things fixed in a timely manner or working out lease arrangements with him. Room for rent is on second floor with the "office" and has it's own full bathroom with tub in shower. Safe neighborhood, friendly area, honestly this place is a gem.
