Jesse P - $800/month

I’ve worked at restaurants since I was a sophomore in high school. Chose to pursue a degree in culinary and come to Philly for opportunities. Went for my bachelors, but I still have a single class to make up. Looking to save money for school loans, and other expenses. I’m okay living with roommates. I’m introverted. I like to game quite a bit. I do smoke weed. I always pay my bills on time and have no problem keeping employed. Looking for solid roommates who are at bare minimum clean, employed, and okay with the use of weed. I have a solid job now but with a living condition that needs serious change. I’m open minded, reasonable, and a team player. Just want a place I’m not embarrassed to have people over by the doings of other roommates. Currently living with two alcoholics due to needing a roof over my head when my last roommate (close friend) and I decided to part ways. We opted to take separate paths as best friend/roomie combo. Still a good friend of mine but he wanted to move elsewhere in the city.

I’ve began exercising at home and like to cook a lot of my own food as well. Definitely a night owl as I’ve always worked second shift. Shout outs to any fellow restaurant folk out there, might they be interested.

Also, I own a car, and two bicycles. If I cannot keep bikes in my room/place it can be a deal breaker. Parking for a vehicle can be street as long as there are parking permits/some spots. I use my road bike and BMX interchangeably to ride to work everyday.
