Hi All! I'm currently looking for a new roommate to move into my 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom in Fidi. I’ve lived in the apartment for the past 2 years with my current roommate who is moving to Boston, and would like to renew to lease with a July 1 move-in. Rent is $1650 and ~$75 for utilities.

The building has an elevator, full time doorman, live in super, and laundry in building. For public transport it is steps away to the 2,3,4,5 trains and <10 minutes to Fulton/Broad/Wall street subway stops

A little about me, I’m 24 and work in Finance and am in the office 5 days a week. I love to go out and explore new places or spend chill nights in.
