hi, it's nice to meet you! I'm Ava, I just graduated from villanova with a degree in communication and will be in the city by july 1.

I scored my dream job in project management in literally a day before I walked across stage to get my diploma. unfortunately, that emotional high was immediately met with a low when I started searching for a place to live in the city (:/)

I like to think I'm pretty cool, easy enough to live with and maybe a little funny (??) so hopefully not all is lost!

I work 9-6 in the office most days (remote maybe 1-2 x a wk); I cook most meals but nothing super fancy (as of yet); I'm a huge believer in sunday reset cleans, aimless walks, breakfast foods, and background music
