Hey all! My name is Brad and I'm looking to move to the NYC metro area. To tell you a bit about myself, I'm from NC originally and I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2023. I am moving to NY for work and will be starting in-office in Manhattan at the beginning of September. As a roommate, I am really clean and easy to live with.
