Hello! I am new to town and looking for a place to live that will be by the school I received a job at to Coach at. I am very big on a clean and love quiet atmosphere. I am not home a lot and spend a lot of time working and out of the house. I am very respectful and will make sure to never cross any boundaries that make my roommate feel like they have an issue or problem. I always make payments on time and am not late on any payments, so that will never be an issue. I value peace in my home space and would love to live with a roommate that values peace, cleanliness and respect for one another as well!
