Looking for roommate

Hey there! I have a house I’m currently moving in to & looking for 1 other roommate! Rent would be around $850/month with utilities! You would have your own bathroom as well! I don’t have too many photos of the house right now but can get more posted later! I do need to get the second bedroom you’ll be in painted so don’t worry about that! Located about 10ish minutes west of Broad Ripple. I’ll be 32 in June! I work a crap ton, usually up in early AM. I am a very clean and organized person! I have a cat as well I adopted from the shelter a few years ago, Phoebe. She’s pretty laid back and usually stays away from new people until she gets to know you.
