Looking to move by mid February!
Moved from Ohio to the West Village a year ago - I love the area and am looking to stay nearby. I have a very well behaved goldendoodle (zero shedding!) named Albus that I often walk along the WSH. I play a lot of soccer, pickup and leagues, and I love random rec sports like volleyball, bocce, pickleball, etc. I enjoy going out and having people over, but I'm not a huge partier. I'm a fairly clean and tidy person.
I usually only WFH one day a week, so I'd like to be within a 10 minute walk of a subway that gets me up toward Bryant Park. If possible, I'd love to find a place with a balcony or some outdoor space.
