2 Private Rooms for Rent. My roommate and I are looking to fill two rooms for a 1yr lease starting 07/31/20. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 on the top floor, I have the room on the basement level with my own half-bath.

ROOMS: large bedrooms that can fit a queen sized bed, a desk and have plenty of room. There’s an AC unit, large closet and window in each room. One of the bedrooms is slightly larger so it’s $950 for the larger room and $900 for the other.

BUILDING: laundry in building. Clean laundry room with brand new appliances. There’s also rec room downstairs. Fully equipped gym with a fantastic view of the city. The rooftop is also fully furnished with lounge chairs, seating area and a grill! We have the most amazing view of the city. Prime Bushwick, 3 min to Central M, 5 min to Jefferson L and 10 min to Myrtle/Broadway J. Anything you could want is within walking distance

Looking for two respectful and clean individuals to join the lease. Please no cats (severe allergy). We’re 420 and LGBT+ friendly!
