Hi! I am moving to LA this August 2022 and am looking for roommates in the area! I am thinking of subletting for the first few months to maybe make some connections/find the best areas and things of that nature but if I were to find a roommate I loved, I would be happy to sign a lease right away. I am graduating with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling (Therapy) this May from Touro College in Manhattan and want my next steps to take me to California. I LOVE the beach, exploring new places, going out to eat, going out on weekends, and more! Super open to becoming friends with my roomies because I will not have many connections there at first. One other thing to note is that I do have 1 small cat that would be coming with me. She is extremely friendly and has never scratched or bitten any of my friends or family ever. Also, is litter trained and has never had an accident. I am a very clean person so I like to keep my room clean but will not freak out over common areas being a little messy. As long as we are all doing what makes eachother comfortable and communicating, I will be happy!
