I an an artist, queer, single part time parent - my 10 year old lives with me part time. I travel a lot so my rhythms at home are either that I am really here ( parenting weeks) or not at all....and sometimes I am away for several weeks and during those times my mom sometimes comes and stays for a week to watch my child. This is during the school year but not the summer.
I am looking for a short or long term housemate. My current housemate is moving in with her brother after 4 years of us co-habitating.
