I am looking for someone to take over my current lease as I am moving for school. We can be flexible on the move in date. The current lease ends in July which my roommate plans to renew for another year. This property includes a private room and bathroom with a walk-in closet and shared living spaces. Open layout kitchen with white granite counter tops and a furnished living room. There is an in unit washer/dryer. The complex has a small fitness center, dog park, pool, barbecues, and mailroom. Free open uncovered parking with lots of space. The complex would require you to come in person to the leasing office to submit an application. This process includes a background check and proof of income to take over my lease. My roommate is a young teacher with a dog. He is pretty quiet, and stays kenneled when she is away at work. He is a wary around other dogs so if you have a dog as well they would need to meet. She is also a full time student, so she spends a lot of time working at home. She enjoys having friends over when she has some free time, but is typically in bed around 10. She enjoys watching reality TV and sharing wine with friends. She is laid back, quiet, and enjoys good communication. Open to making a new friend or someone who just wants to share a living space. LGBTQ+ friendly, please no couples preferred. I have some furniture that I am willing to sell if needed or can completely vacate the space. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
