I live in a pretty quiet neighborhood located on Thunderbird blvd., close to Grand off 111th. Ave. Fry's is on Grand and 107th as well as many other stores.

Living with me is pretty easy. I'm easy going, flexible, and understanding. I don't like walking on eggshells.

I have a full-time job so I'm gone most of the day. It's just me and my two cats Kiki of 7 years and Grayson is 3 months.

I'm a firm believer in putting things back where they were found. It keeps frustration levels down from having to constantly look for something.

I do my dishes as I use them, (although I'm not perfect), and I like to be fair when dealing with the household chores.

You would be responsible for purchasing and preparing your own food.

If you want internet, I don't have a problem getting it. Personally, I mirror my phone to my TVs. But if you did, I would be willing to split the bill.

I don't mind if you smoke in the house provided you are responsible smoker.
Cannabis is okay, but I would prefer it smoked outside.

I don't like it hot in the house, so I keep it around 75°

The room does come with a queen size bed. Very comfortable.
