Hello! This is for one room in a two bedroom apartment. To get on the lease, you must apply & sign by 1/5/25, or I can sublet it to you.

The pics are from the original listing & I'll be posting pics of how it's currently furnished soon. One room is larger than the other & costs more. You can take either room & we can negotiate how the rent is split. The apartment is fully furnished with pictures/paintings, a couch, tv, tv stand, living room rug, bathroom shelf, & kitchen appliances/utensils/dishes. All furnishings, appliances & common spaces are available for use & you can bring in additional furnishings. There is also a full-size spring mattress, box spring, & mattress frame for use.

It is in a great location with easy access to amazing restaurants, Morningside Park, a laundromat across the street, and train stations (B/C on the corner and a 5-10 minute walk away to the 2).

The building/apartment has had issues & I am happy to go over them with you, but nothing that has made the place unlivable or unsafe, & management & the superintendent are very responsive.

The apartment will be open for tours starting 12/28/24.

Living info: I am looking for someone who will clean up after themselves. I am open to pets! I am open to hosting parties occasionally (& usually host one party a year myself). I am also open to you having friends over as long as I can still use the common space, it is not TOO frequent, & you are not too loud or too late (I usually go to bed around midnight on the week days & am on the weekends).
