House: Nice sunny home with two bedrooms, bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen, and an extra room for office and storage. All common areas are furnished. Available bedroom has a large closet with mirrored closet doors. (see photo). The home is part of a side-by-side residential duplex with a shared driveway, garage, and yard.

Kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, granite countertops, and refrigerator. Garage has a washer and dryer and room for storage.

Backyard: Large, sunny and peaceful backyard with redwood trees, small creek, and a patio area.

About the Area: Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the Lafayette Reservoir and downtown Lafayette. The Lafayette Bart station, Trader Joe’s, and restaurants are located less than a mile away.

About me: Bay Area native, late twenties, employed full-time. I enjoy working out, playing
competitive soccer, and good food. I have a friendly Cat who will be living in the unit.

Rent and other costs: You pay $1,600 a month plus a share of PG&E gas and electric, trash, and internet. First + last + refundable deposit due for move-in. The landlord covers the cost of water and gardening.
