I am subleasing a one bedroom with private bathroom in a two-bedroom / two-bathroom apartment in Oaklawn / Uptown Dallas area. Off Cedar Springs Rd. Name of apartment complex is Atera Apartments. Total including utilities is between $850-$900 a mo.
* $50 application fee
* Lease ends 05/06/2021
* Provide last 3 pay stubs for application
* Private bathroom with full-size garden bathtub and large walk-in closet.
* Washer and Dryer inside the apartment as well as a fireplace and balcony. Apartment is on 2nd floor.
* The apartment complex has two pools, valet trash and private parking for extra charge per month. It is a gated community.
* Sorry but no pets. I already have a cat so **you must like cats**.
*Note: *The photos of the room has furniture in them, a bed etc. The room is not coming furnished and all these items will be removed before you move in. There is currently another roommate living there who will be moving out.
The rest of the items outside of the room such as the couch dining room table will be staying.
Move in time Sept 8th. Just looking for the right fit for a roommate. I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and really like the apartment and the area.
