I'm really laid back. I currently work from home, I have my own nutrition practice and I work for a SaaS company as well. I spend most of my day on my computer working, I enjoy relaxing evenings with a movie. Super low key. I'm easy to talk to and get along with. It's a 2020 build. Brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Fairview, TX. A few minutes away from the Allen Outlets, Whole Foods and other shopping/restaurants. Gas Stovetop. Whirpool appliances. Comes with a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use. Shared spaces will be furnished. Master is across the hall and other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house. One will be furnished for guests. I CAN furnish the other one for you if you'd like. Private bathroom inside bedroom. Soundproof walls. I don't mind overnight guests. I have 1 small dog, he's very sweet and quiet-keeps to himself and just wants to play with his tennis ball. You don't have to love animals, but I would prefer someone who does like dogs and can eventually turn from roomie to a friend.
