I live in a first floor 2 bedroom apartment of the Broadway Junction stop. Easy access to A/C/J/L trains. Apartment is fully furnished other than your bedroom. There is central air and heat. Lots of windows. Your room is the larger of the 2 situated in the back and has a separate office or walkin closet space. There is street parking where there is usually spots available. Free laundry in the basement. The landlord is responsive and actually cares.
