Two spare bedrooms one bath for $950 a month

Hello my Roommate and I are looking to fill our two bedrooms in the home. We are 23, and 25 and looking for someone around our age. Would love to be roommates and friends if possible. Move in date would be November 1st but can move in sooner if needed will have to share the bathroom in the meantime, I move out November 1st. Deposit $950 and first month rent due at move in. If you move in before november, first month rent will be half due to having to share bathroom. Looking to fill two rooms in Heartland Community in Forney we are renting out both rooms for a total of $950 a month. Own bathroom. The house will be shared with one other person who has the master bedroom. 3bed/3bath. Great neighborhood gym/pool access. Private room.
