I'm Ellia. Looking for a chill roommate that's LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. I am a trans woman, so it is very important my roommate is LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+ friendly to make for a comfortable space. I can be introverted at times and like to enjoy my alone time, but I also enjoy socializing with the right person, potentially having someone to explore the city with. I am also very respectful of boundaries. I don't really drink, but don't mind it, and enjoy going out dancing from time to time; I am definitely more of a 420 partaker.

My lease ends in late October, so that's the move-in date I'm looking for. I have a car so will need parking. Big preferences are on-site laundry (in-unit would be perfect) and no carpet (allergies lol) but willing to be flexible.

Though I am not so great at washing dishes (I believe in dishwashers, sorry), I consider myself to be clean and organized in all other areas, especially a good deep clean and laundry day on the weekends. I don't mind guests, as I expect to also have guests on rare occasions. I love movies, video games, drag queens, traveling, and music festivals.
