I have a room that will will be available in October! I currently have a tenet occupying the room but I can share or video or the room when it was empty!

The room would be located on the 1st floor with a private restroom! The rent is $875 and includes all utilities as well!

Background info:
Currently living here is myself and my husband located on the 3rd floor and a flight attendant (travels often) on the 2nd floor. My husband is currently in school attending UNT and working late nights bartending and I am a data analyst that works primarily from home! I have one dog, she’s a small French bulldog but stay upstairs with me for majority of the day 😊

Located near downtown Dallas, uptown, Greenville and Knox Henderson area!
