Hi,

I’m looking for a roommate starting October 1st,
I am a 24 yr old Filipino female who works as a nurse in NYC, I would like to live with a young professional as well. I have 1 cat and animals are welcome depending on the case. All utilities will be included. Laundry in building with elevator as well. Journal square is a 15 min walk and bus access is right outside the condo. It will be $1500/month.

This is a 2bedroom/1 bath, the rooms dimensions are 11X12 , the apartment itself has a full size living room and dining room as well, the total square footage is 1200.

The photos I am providing are from the previous owners furniture, I will be furnishing the condo besides the bedroom being rented. I will list the photo of the room being rented
