Great apartment with lots of natural light, open space and convenient location! My current roommate is leaving after 3 years because she has new career opportunities, but we have loved living in this apartment. We live in Avalon Morrison Park that provides great amenities like a pool, gym and lovely outdoor space. It is within walking distance to the SAP Center, Whole Foods and the Diridon Caltrain Station.
The apartment itself is spacious with bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the open room has vaulted ceilings. We also have a washer/dryer located near the bedrooms. Downstairs is the living room and kitchen with a half bathroom, which is great for guests.
Looking to renew the lease for April so this is time sensitive. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or interest to view the apartment.
