Have very specific financial goals and a 10 lb. dog that means everything to me. I like to play card games, board games and video games, I'm also a movie buff that enjoys sharing that experience with others so I like to have 1-3 friends over at any given time. However, my schedule is erratic so company would only be a couple times a month. I'm tidy and clean and respectful and don't cook as much as I probably should. I work at a great pet food store and don't have a car. Am likely to invest in an electric scooter after I move (preferably mid or end of April) and so would like a spot within 3 miles of the Prunyard in Campbell, CA.
