Beautiful room to rent; private bathroom

Hi! We are renting out a room in our Beautiful spacious, ground floor apartment on 108th and Amsterdam. The room is large enough to fit a queen bed, comes with air conditioners (not that you’ll need them) and gets a good amount of natural light. You will have access to a private bathroom that is right across the hall from the bedroom.

We also have a lovely, fully furnished living room, an equally lovely fully furnished dining room, two wonderful cats, and a chefs kitchen. You’ll be sharing the space with a married couple in their 20’s, which may sound like a red flag, but trust me, we’re great.

We are looking for someone relaxed who likes/tolerates cats, and enjoys free baked goods and related smells.

You’ll also need to be able to prove you’re making 40X the rent to the landlord, but not to us, because we trust you.

We are okay with couples, but there might not be enough baked goods for both of you.
