Young medical professional and college student. Jamaican background, friendly, very quiet and clean. My current lease is up at the beginning of August. I pretty much stay to myself but have no problems socializing. I just want to make sure we have mutual respect and establish boundaries. I spend a lot of time working out, so if I’m not working then I’m probably at the gym. I have a small dog named Rubi. She’s very friendly and playful. She gets along well with small kids and other dogs. LGBTQ friendy, I also don't mind anyone that's 420 friendly even though I don't smoke. I'm also a Sag if that matters, lol.
