Hey, just renting a room to share some expense, I work around 50 hours a week and on my day off I go out, you are not gonna see me a lot, house is big and you get access to a small theater room, a game/yoga room and some other amenities, kitchen equipment is brand new, blender, silverware, coffee machine, washer, dryer, microwave, air fryer, Full equipped. Restroom is right next to your room which is the Master bedroom as well, you got a private entrance thru the back.
