Our group is three guys, ages 23-26, looking to find a new roommate for our East Village (alphabet city) 4-bedroom apartment. The room, available for $1900, is unfurnished and does not have a closet. Our apartment has a large living room with a washer/dryer and a private roof. Two of us work in finance and the other in tech and we all share a passion for running, playing sports together and lifting. We've evolved from being random roommates to close friends over the past two years and would love to add another person looking to meet new people and make friends. We are all pretty clean guys and enjoy hosting friends and going out to together.
