I’m looking for a shared room or a room with a roommate near Algonquin College or along a direct bus route. My budget is $400.

I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m comfortable following house rules. I value cleanliness and a peaceful living environment, especially during the study period.

I’m friendly, responsible, and open to sharing with other students or working professionals. Ideally looking for a long-term stay.
