Looking for a room available sometime in July. natural lighting and big windows are important to me. hoping to find a dog friendly place so I can start raising a small dog (I would be taking the dog to work with me everyday, and probably everywhere I go). I have a small but growing plant and herb collection that I hope can bleed into common areas. I build guitars for a living in Long Island city, I'm pretty handy around the house. Super clean and hoping for the same. we'll get along fine if you don't pour coffee grinds down the sink. I love to cook and tend to share if it's appreciated and reciprocated. I've never lived with other men, willing to give it a try. I tend to have friends over but were quite and respect space.
