My boyfriend and I are looking for a room in NYC. We are both responsible and cleanly people with good credit and steady incomes. I am currently working as a full time nanny while I go to school for my Psychology degree. He works as a marketing and operations manager for a bike rental company. We are both friendly but respectful of boundaries. Since we both work full time and I go to school, we are quite busy and will not be home often, so our roommate(s) would frequently have the place to themselves! We believe respectful communication is the key to resolving any issues, and as such we have never had issues with our house mates.
