Tyler S - $1,500/month

Hello! I’m Tyler and I'm searching for a roommate to begin apartment searching with a move-in date of March 1st, 2024. I currently have a roommate and we are looking to add a third & look for a 3 bedroom unit.

My budget is approximately $1,500/month for my portion of rent. My preferred neighborhoods are LES/UES/UWS but flexible for the right apartment. I’ll be working in Midtown so I’d prefer a shorter commute if possible.

For those curious about me, I'm from Atlanta and love how busy NYC is in comparison. There's nothing more fun to me than trying a new restaurant, bar, or happy hour. During the week, I prefer a relatively quiet space (it's New York, hence the 'relatively') and really just want to be able to sleep by midnight. We keep shared spaces clean and don't have an issue with visitors as we each occasionally have friends that stay in town for a weekend.
