The room is large and sunny and can easily fit a king-size bed plus additional furniture. Flexible move-in anytime after 3/1/26. Rent is $1,800 per person. The apartment is right off the G train and close to the L.
The apartment has windows in every room and is super spacious with a home office.
Kindness, consideration, and good communication are important to me and I like to keep a relatively clean home. I work hybrid, and in my free time I love going to the gym, doing yoga/pilates, hanging with friends, going to museums, cooking, and traveling.
I’m 420 friendly and have a cat named Marmalade- she’s super sweet and friendly.
