The space is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with a large living/dining/kitchen space. Good amount of natural light.
The apartment also has in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, AC and heating.
Close to Nostrand Ave and a few blocks away from Franklin Ave.
Across the street is the B44 bus, it's about a 7 min walk to the 3, 2, and 5 train. And a 15 min walk to the A and C.
I am a college student/actor and go to school on the upper east side two days out of the week and 2 days are online classes. I like to make self tapes in the living room, play music and sing every so often.
I am looking for a very communicative, and a clean roommate who enjoys the space but also finds themself out and about often! We do not need to be super close, but would love to be able to hang out from time to time.
There is a security deposit of 1,900, and first months rent of 1,900.
