I am a 29 year old professional looking to fill a vacant room in a 3 bedroom NoLita apartment along with my 30 year old roommate who is a teacher.

We are both relatively low-key and spend most of our time at work and then the gym etc. after work. We will have friends over occasionally but not frequently. We are open to a new roommate having guests, but we'd like to know about it ahead of time.

We both try to cook most nights and will watch TV together. We both travel on the weekends frequently and tend to be in and out of the apartment.

Generally we are looking for a relaxed roommate who is clean and responsible.

The apartment is furnished and the open bedroom has a bed that can stay or go!
