Hi guys!

Our roommate has moved out and we're sad to see her go but the show must go on! The room is available movei-in ready. Rent is $1,300 a month plus utilities. We require a refundable security deposit of $1,3000 and first month’s rent to move in.

The apartment itself has beautiful exposed brick, a skylight in the living room, 14 ft ceilings, all stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer/dryer combo, which has saved us from trekking through snowy streets to the laundromat during wintertime... I honestly couldn't live without it!

Situated on Broadway, between 148th and 149th, our apartment is just a short walk to the 1 or the ACBD trains. Just below the apartment are the best hangs in the neighborhood: Harlem Public, At the Wallace, and The Honeywell. If coffee is your thing, there's The Chipped Cup and Hamilton's Bakery! There's a little bit of everything for everybody and you don't even have to leave the block :)

If you love a quality glass of wine or craft beer, good conversation, and sharing laughs with friends/roommates, then this is your deal. We are a fun bunch looking for a positive, respectful, clean, roommate who can split a bottle of wine or two during a Netflix night!
