🌟 Seeking Respectful and Responsible Female Student or Working Professional Roommate

🌟Are you a female student looking for a peaceful, spacious environment in a family-friendly neighbourhood near the subway line? We have the perfect space for you in our home! Here are the details:

🏠 Location: Our home is in Toronto’s east end near Danforth and Greenwood, conveniently located near the subway line and a ton of great shops and restaurants, in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood, perfect for easy commuting to Toronto universities and colleges or to downtown.

🛏️ Living Space: You'll have your own private entrance to the lower level, where you’ll have exclusive use of a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom in a house shared with a small family who live on the main and upper floors. Your space is cozy and furnished with a kitchen table and chairs, a single bed, and a small couch (unless you prefer unfurnished!). Although you will have your own private space, we must establish a mutually acceptable schedule for access to the lower-level storage areas and the laundry room.

🐾 Pets: We have a senior cat and a golden doodle who are well-behaved, quiet, and part of our family, but they will not need to enter your personal space.

🌳 Outdoor: Our home features a lovely, shared backyard and patio where you are welcome to unwind after a long day.

👩‍🏫 Roommates: You'll live with a small, respectful family of myself (mom) and two kids, ages 7 and 12. We're looking for someone who is responsible, tidy, and considerate.

💰 Rent: The rent is $1,500 monthly, including utilities, laundry, and internet, making it easy to budget. A parking space is also available if needed.

📄 Required Documents: Please provide proof of employment or student enrollment, a letter of reference, and reference contacts. The first and last month's rent deposit and a security deposit will also be required.

🔑 Availability: The room is available starting August 1, 2024.
