About Me

Hi, my name is Elizabeth. I’m 19 and originally from Montreal and I’ve lived there my entire life. My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, funny, independent, straight-to-the-point, and creative. In my free time, I like spend my time outside(when it’s not freezing out), on my own and with others. On the weekends, when I have more time, I usually experiment on different recipes in the kitchen. I also practice boxing.

I’m currently a social science college student in Montreal, but by January 2024, I’ll be a Culinary student at George Brown(St. James Campus) in Toronto. My days will start early(6-7am) and I could finish as late as 9pm. My schedule with school and work isn’t set in stone just yet but it should resemble that. During the week, I’ll usually be in bed at 11:30 pm and up by 6-7 am. On the weekends, I sleep whenever and wake up whenever(I’m a deep sleeper, so don’t worry about being super quiet).

I like spending time with others but I also need my personal time. I want my place to be somewhere I can have a few friends(from time to time), but not somewhere that’s always full of people. I don’t mind if my roommates have small parties(just let me know beforehand). I want to get along with my roommates(I’m not saying we need to be best friends or anything) so we can hang out sometimes when we both have the time.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean(bathroom, kitchen, living room). I cook a lot, so I’ve gotten used to picking up and cleaning after myself. I’m open to the idea of a dedicated day to clean to keep things more organized.

My monthly budget is $900, and I’m looking to move at the beginning of January 2024. I’m hoping to find a place near the Distillery District, Corktown, Garden District, Cabbagetown South, East Chinatown, Fashion District, and Upper Jarvis(close to St.James George Brown Campus). I want my own bedroom, and I’m open to living with 1 to 3 other roommates(just no couples). The place needs a washer and dryer, and if there’s a balcony of some sort, it would be a nice bonus. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different pricing, I’m happy to take the smaller or bigger room.

Who I’m looking for:
I don’t mind here and there smokers and drinkers(just no smoking inside). If you have a pet, I’m more than happy to have you as long as they’re potty trained. Ages between 19-23. No couples. Female preferred.

If you think we’d get along, text me!
