Hello, I have a room to rent in a two bedroom house with a shared living space in Montavilla. I'm looking for a responsible, reasonably clean person to fill the space. It's in a great location with a short walk to a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, the local theater, and the weekly farmer's market. Both front and back yards have space for gardening, and the house is within walking distance of Mount Tabor Park. Garage parking is available as well as an onsite dish washing machine and washer/dryer machines. A central air unit provides adjustable temperature control. The earliest move in date is September 3rd.
