I have a 1 bedroom unfurnished for rent in a townhome. It’s a townhome in a pretty residential area. It’s a nice walking neighborhood with a big park nearby. It’s also close to Stark street which has a lot of good places to eat and drink. It’s quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I have a dog I coshare who lives with me 2 weeks out of the month. He’s friendly with people but not other animals. I have a small garden I’m growing that you can relax in. I am charging 800 plus utilities or a flat fee of 1000 with everything included.
