I am a 65-year-old woman working full time as a psychotherapist serving birth, foster and adoptive families in NYC's child welfare system. I am home 4 days/week providing telehealth therapy, and at the office the other 3 days. I recently downsized and do not need so much space. I use the kitchen and living room very minimally so you are essentially getting a full apartment for a very great price! I am very neat, quiet and clean, and want that in a housemate. I am not looking for companionship, but am easy to get along with.
